Mrs. Parks passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2017 at NHC-Somerville.
The widow of Mr. Thomas Jimmy Parks, Sr., she was the mother of Patricia Randolph, Darlene McKeen, Beth Kee, and Michael Parks. A native of Fayette County, she was the daughter of the late Reuben Newell and Emma Kate Freeman. Additionally, she was preceded in death by her son, Tommy Parks in May, 2017 and brothers, Dave and Winfield Freeman.
