A memorial service for Freddie Joe Owens, 62 of Glen, MS is set for Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 2:00pm at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Visitation will be from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at the funeral home. Mr. Owens passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth. He was a farmer and of the Baptist faith. He is survived by a daughter, Kelcey Whitworth and husband Justin of Glen, MS ; a granddaughter, Paisley Whitworth; a sister, Linda G. Grissom of Booneville, MS; three brothers, Larry E. Owens and wife Charlotte of Booneville. Framond L. Owens and wife Barbara of Iuka and Steve J. Owens and wife Tammie of Rienzi; other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his father, James Wilburn Owens; mother, Lula Mack Michaels Owens; four brothers, James Darrell Owens, Wayne Carroll Owens, Tommy O’Neil Owens and Ricky Dale Owens. Pastor William Copeland will officiate the service.
