Jerry Wayne Clark, 66, of Decatur, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2017 at River City Health and Rehab. He was born November 3, 1950, to the late James Alta Clark and Minne Lois Crow Clark.
He was survived by two brothers: Horace Rayburn and Aaron Boyd Clark and one sister: Vickie Angeline Clark Moody.
