Velma Elizabeth Lawson , age 100 of Loretto, TN passed away Monday, October 30, 2017 at Waynesboro Health & Rehab Center after an extended illness. She was a native of Wayne County, TN, a homemaker, and a member of the United Pentecostal Church. Funeral Services will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Rev. Telford Tharp and Rev. Ricky Bowen will be officiating. Burial will follow in Smith Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
