Funeral services for Jeffery Cook, 45, of Baileyton will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Eidson Chapel Cemetery.
Mr. Cook passed away October 19, 2017. He was born December 25, 1971 to Gilbert Olen and Stella Louise Cook.
He was preceded in death by his niece, Augustea Bolden.
Survivors include his parents; brother, Jimmy (Louise) Cook; sisters, Judy Cook and Jackie Cook; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday from 12-2 before the service.
