James P. Cullen, Jr. age 75 of Elkmont, passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2017. Mr. Cullen was born May 11, 1942 in Chicago, IL to James P. Cullen, Sr. and Marion L. Roak Cullen.
Services will be Sunday, October 22, 2017 3:00 p.m., at Friendship North Methodist Church with Pastor Steve Dorning officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mr. Cullen was retired from Magnatek Corp. after 30 years of service, and also worked at Mapco on Jefferson St. for 10 years. He was president of Tops in Chicago, IL. and also in Limestone County. He was a member of Friendship North Methodist Church.
Preceded in death by his wife, Judith Kay Cullen; parents, James P. Cullen, Sr. and Marion Roak Cullen; son Jeffrey Cullen; brother, Robert Patrick Cullen.
Survived by one son, Jerold Cullen and wife, Mary; two daughters, Jamie M. Cullen and Jodee Lynn Cullen; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; one sister, Peggy L. Gutierrez; special friend, Pam Pritts; several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers make memorials to Hospice of Limestone County or Friendship North Methodist Church.
