Martha McCauley, 76, passed away Thursday, October 5, 2017. She was born in Woodland on February 7, 1941, to Cecil and Helen Mixon Gregory. She was married to Ralph McCauley for 50 years until his passing in 1994. Martha enjoyed camping, gardening and working in the yard garden. She was a long-time member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Fowler (Steve) of Shannon; sisters, Della Fay Myers, Pam Myers (Roy) and Mary Gregory; brothers, James Robert Gregory, James Randolf Gregory, Tony Gregory (Betty) and Donald Gregory (Shelia); uncle, Rudolf Mixon; grandchildren, Jessica, Shane and Wendy Fowler and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Mike Gregory, Calvin Gregory and Mickey Terry and grandson, Cory Fowler.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Friday, October 6, 2017, at W. E. Pegues, Tupelo.
Services will be 4 p.m. Friday, October 6, 2017, at the Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. Don Sparks officiating. Burial will be in New Chapel Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Dustin Kindler, Bubba Gregory, Wayne Gregory, Calvin Gregory, Jimmy Black, Tony Wayne Gregory and Rosie Hillhouse.
