Paisley Ann Elizabeth Kowalski, age 1, of Ethridge, TN passed away Monday, September 25, 2017 at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville, TN. She was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN.
She was preceded in death by her great-great grandparents, James & Virginia McTaggart; her great-grandfather, Sam Warden; her grandmother, Pam Warden; and two cousins, Paige Warden and Austin Warden.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens at 4:00 PM Thursday, September 28, 2017 with Jerry Taylor officiating. Family suggests memorials be made to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
