Funeral Mass for Barbara Adele Cunningham, age 72 of Cullman, will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 27, 2017 At Christ the King Abbey. Burial will follow at a later date in Cunningham Family Cemetery in Brockwell Arkansas.

Barbara was born on September 20, 1945 in New York to the late Roy B. & Catherine M. Novak Coons; she passed away at Cullman Regional Medical Center on Monday, September 25, 2017. She was a member of Christ the King Abbey, an officer in the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion post #4; her favorite pastime was sewing. She was a Beloved wife, mother and grandmother, and will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her Husband of 53 years – James Cunningham; one Son – James William (Christene) Cunningham III; 4 – Daughters – Stephanie Adele Scudiero, Alexandra (Brian) Groh, Anastasia (Eddie) Ryman and Amanda (Miguel) Irizarry; Brother – Wayne (Gayle) Coons; Sister-in-Law – Susan Mary Happel; 11 – Grandchildren – Kevin, Connor, Mitchell, Hunter, Anthony, Kimberly, Mia, Brandon, Caitlyn, Logan & Miguel.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with a Rosary to begin at 7:00 p.m.
