Richard Herman Anderson, 83, died Friday, Sept. 15, 2017. Visitation is today from 5-8 p.m. and Monday 8-10 a.m. at Shackelford Funeral Home. The service will be 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home in Waynesboro, Tennessee with burial at Old Town Cemetery, Waynesboro. He is survived by his companion, Dollie Johnson of Florence.
