Phillip Kelly, 66, of Decatur, passed away Sept. 4, 2017 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. He was born Aug. 5, 1951 to Jesse and Clarice Kelly.
Mr. Kelly served four years in the United States Air Force and then went to work for General Electric where he retired from the maintenance department.
A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, Sept. 16th at 2 p.m. at St. John’s Episcopal Church with Evan Garner officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
He is preceded in death by his father and sister, Sherry Kelly.
He is survived by by his wife, Denise Kelly; daughter, Madelyn Kelly; sons, Nigel Kelly (Rachel Martin) and Isaac Kelly (Isabella Boshell); mother, Clarice Kelly; sister, Pam Kasey (Keith); and brother, Maurice Kelly (Alice).
Memorials may be made to St. John’s Episcopal Church or Alzheimer’s Association of Decatur.
