A Visitation for Bertie Lou Cryer Lipscomb, 81, will be held from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Sunday, September 3, 2017 at Peck Funeral Home. Ms. Lipscomb passed away on August 31, 2017, at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. She was born May 17, 1936, in Morgan County to Curtis Leon Cryer and Lura Bell Prince Cryer. Ms. Lipscomb was a Procurement Analyst for the U.S. Army Missile Command prior to her retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her children: Dana C. Lipscomb and Dr. Desiree’ L. Lipscomb.
