Gregory Charles Fritz, age 58, of Huntsville, passed away Monday at his home. Greg was born in Owego, New York to Dorothy and Vernon Fritz. He graduated from Huntsville High School, and attended the University of Denver on a swimming scholarship. Greg was preceded in death by his father Vernon Fritz. Survivors include his mother, Dorothy Fritz; sisters, Pam Costanzo (Joe) and Diane Hardy (Max); brother, Mark Fritz; his children, Halsey Amaya (Albert), Avery Fritz, and Taylor Garland; one grandchild, Henley Amaya; and nephew, Jessie Bowling. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
