William “Jack” Barnett, of Tuscumbia, passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at the age of 81. There will be a private visitation. The funeral service will be Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia with Rev. Frank Billingham officiating. Jack will be buried in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
Jack was a native of Perry Co., Tennessee and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was retired from the Carpenters Local and a member of Hook Street Baptist Church.
Jack is survived by his loving wife, Shelby Jean Barnett.
Pallbearers will be Scot Skipworth, Zach Skipworth, Jimmy Kent, Micah Hammond, Keenan Keil, and Mike Bailey. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Robbins and Jimmy Smith.
