Nicky Edward Woodard, 66, died Sunday, July 30, 2017. The graveside service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Railroad Cemetery, Iron City. He was the son of Dicie Woodard, of Iron City. Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro, Tennessee, is directing.
