Funeral for Lee Wayne Nails, 84, of Cullman, will be Sunday, July 16, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Enon Baptist Cemetery, Brother Allen Kuykendall officiating. Visitation will be from noon until service time. Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Nails passed away Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Falkville Health Care Center. He was born June 19, 1933 to parents Willie W. and Edith B. Freeman Nails. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Jeanette Nails; and one brother, Junior Nails.
Survivors include three children, Rickey (Denise) Nails, Randy (Sheila) Nails and Annette Bailey; four grandchildren, Jeremy (Alicia) Nails, Robert Robertson, Lori (Josh) Herald and Marly (Ben) Smith; three great-grandchildren, J.J. Herald, Ethan Herald and Addison Nails; two brothers, Darrell (Selma) Nails and Joe (Weda) Nails; three sisters, Edith Poole, Nellie (W.C.) Reeves and Shirley McConnell; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Comfort Care Hospice or the charity of one’s choice.
