Judy Ann Eslinger, age 58 of Madison passed away on Tues., June 27, 2017.
Mrs. Eslinger is survived by her daughter Amanda Puszek; three brothers Carroll Leonard Eslinger, Jr., Jack Oliver Eslinger, and Jimmy Lee Eslinger.
She was preceded in death by two sistes Jerri Zika and Jodi Peiffer.
The family will receive friends on Wed., July 5, 2017, at Berryhill Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. with the Memorial service at 4:00 p.m. Rev. David Tubbs will be officiating
