Funeral service for L.D. Beavers, 85, of Hartselle will be Tuesday May 30, 2017 at 11:00AM at Walnut Grove Baptist Church with Bro. Lynn Harvel officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will at the Walnut Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00AM to 11:00AM Tuesday at the church.
Mr. Beavers died May 28, 2017 at Summerford Nursing Home. He was born March 9, 1932 in Morgan County to Lundy and Leathy Beavers. Mr. Beavers owned and operated Beavers’ Vinyl Siding. He was a devout Christian and was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church. Mr. Beavers was a resident of Summerford Nursing Home for two years. He was a faithful and loving husband and father. Mr. Beavers was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Nannie Lou Beavers and seven sisters.
