Alisanter Welter, 43, of Decatur, passed away Thursday, May 11th. Visitation will be Thursday, May 25th from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. Chapel service will be at 4:00 with Sepas Paulino and Juneior Welsin. Burial will be Pohnpei Cemetery in Micronesia Pohnpei.
