Helga Guttman, age 86, of Huntsville, AL passed away Sunday, May 21, 2017 at her residence. Mrs. Guttman was born in Zella-Mehlis, Germany to Paul and Hedwig Mueller. She was a loving mother, a career business woman, she loved to cook and was an interpreter who spoke seven languages. Mrs. Guttman was a Holocaust survivor who fled Germany in 1939 to safe haven in Shang Hai, China. After the war she immigrated from Shang Hai to Houston, TX. She later moved to Huntsville in 1961. Mrs. Guttman was preceded in death by her husband Charles Guttman. She is survived by her son Paul Guttman (Renae) of Rockledge, FL; daughters Patricia Milligan of Huntsville, AL and Karen Walkley (Steve) of Montgomery, AL; Joey; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and her dog Joey. There will be a graveside service on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at Hampton Cove Cemetery at 11:00 AM
