Danny O’Neal Cook, 67 of Lacey’s Spring, died Friday May 19, 2017 at Huntsville Hospital.
Mr. Cook was born February 4, 1950 in Marshall County to Thomas Altie Cook and Dorothy Dean Hill Cook. He was a 1969 graduate of Arab High School. He and the former Addie Jo Anderson were married for 46 years. He was a member of the Union Grove Masonic Lodge #320. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Addie Jo Cook; his son: Dwain Cook; his daughter and son-in-law: Michelle and Tony Talley; his grandchildren: Frankie, Kristen, Hunter, Kelsie and Keira; great grandchildren: Kayden and Griffin; his brother and sister-in-law: Rick and Debbie Cook; sisters and brother-in-law: Sandi and Mark Etu and Donna and Billy Barnett and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents: Thomas and Dorothy Cook and a brother: Thomas Cook.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday May 22, 2017 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Brother: Terry Hudson, officiating. Burial will be in Brookwood Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers will be Chris Laster, Stoney Anderson, Mike Hendrix, Tony Etu, Brian Etu and Donnie Butler.
Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Sunday May 21, 2017 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
