Ms. Ruth Eleanor Fulcher Chambers, 96, passed peacefully from this life to her eternal home on Friday, May 19, 2017 at Sanctuary Hospice House. Arrangements are pending at this time and will be announced at a later date. Holland Funeral Directors is honored to assist the family with arrangements.
