James Charles Woods, age 47 of Jasper, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2017 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at Westside Baptist Church, followed by a celebration of life service at 2:00 p.m. Scott Argent, T.J. Armstrong and Roger Wilson will officiate.
Mr. Woods was preceded in death by his Grandparents-James L. Woods, Louise Woods and Lora Gilliland; Aunt-Debra Gilliland.
He is survived by his Wife-Kristie Ann Woods of Jasper, AL; Mother-Sharyn G. Woods of Birmingham, AL; Father-James R. Woods of Birmingham, AL; Daughter-Allison Nicole Hays and her fiance Matthew MacNeal Herald of Jasper, AL; Son-James Allen Chase Woods of Hueytown, AL; Sister-Jamie Woods Goodman and husband Russ of Dothan, AL; Nephew-Jack Goodman; Brother-James Adam Woods and wife Rachel of Ocala, FL; Nephew-Nathan Woods; Niece-Kylie Woods; Grandparents-Charles Gilliland and wife Jackie of Jasper, AL; Grandson-Grayson Taylor Neal Herald; Brother-in-law-Chris Cagle and wife Mandi of Silverhill, AL; Niece-Matilda Cagle; Nephew-Luke Cagle; Mother-in-law-Reba Barton of Jasper, AL; Father-in-law-Larry Cagle and wife Edna of Daphne, AL.
