Annette Jean Farr, age 57 of Parrish, passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at UAB Highland.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Wells Celestial Garden Cemetery in Sumiton.
Mrs. Farr was preceded in death by her Mother-in-law-Hazel Farr; Sisters-in-law-Judy May and Joyce Wade.
She is survived by her Husband-Jerry Farr; Mother-Nancy Mosier; Father-Warren Mosier; Daughters-Jayna Farr and Leslie Farr (Brian Argo); Son-Jerry Farr, II (Jennifer); One Sister; Four Brothers; Grandchildren-Cobie Farr, Miles Farr, Ashlynn Barrett, Kaison Mahaffey, Kalie Lowe, Camdon Argo, Laila Mahaffey, Alexis Farr and Jace Farr.
