Junior Shelton, 84, of Decatur, passed away Friday, May 5, 2017. He was born on March 16, 1933, to James and Cora Shelton.
He is survived by three children, Jimmy S. Shelton, Patsy G. Shelton and Carol J. Shelton Reed, and his sister, Alpha Lee.
A Celebration of Life will be Wednesday, May 10, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home with Pastor Milan Dekich officiating. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
