Lillian McDonald “Donnie” Akers died Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Friday at Elkins Funeral Home. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, with burial in Greenview Cemetery. She was the daughter of Pete and Midge Akers, of Florence.
