Deborah Joy Rolin Miller – Obituary

Deborah Joy Rolin Miller departed this life on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, and now is celebrating in her heavenly home. Debbie dearly loved her parents, mother, Betty Jane Whitt Turner, Nolan “Papa” Turner, and Diane “Nana” Rolin. She is now in heaven with her father, Perry Dean Rolin.

Debbie is survived by her husband of 38 years Paul S. Miller and her son Michael Paul Miller (Deanna) of Ardmore, AL and grandson Noah, and her son Christian St. Clair Miller (Summer) of Owens Cross Roads, AL and grandson Will. She is also survived by sisters Tambra Rolin Liberg (Brad) of Spokane, WA and nephews, Ryan and Hunter Liberg and sister, Lisa Rolin Volz (Alan) and nephews, Ben and Sam Volz.

Debbie loved her church family at New Salem Baptist Church for more than 30 years. She was grateful for all the love, support and encouragement they gave over her extended illness.

Debbie had a deep passion in caring for people. She loved working as an RN for Huntsville Hospital for 21 years.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Berryhill Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday, April 14th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. The funeral will be Saturday, April 15th at 11:00 a.m. at New Salem Baptist Church of Owens Cross Roads, AL with Rev. Mike Shaneyfelt. An interment service will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Ardmore, TN following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to WEE Care, an outreach ministry for children, at New Salem Baptist Church.
