Tommy Joe Scott of Falkville passed away on April 6, 2017 at Cullman Regional Medical Center at the age of 56. He was born on Nov. 15, 1960 to James Franklin and Ella Mae Vernon Scott. He was a veteran of The United States Army. He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Peggy Young and Shirley Murray; and brothers, Michael and George Scott.
Funeral services will be Monday, April 10, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Moss Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Fred Nichols and Brother Randy Williams officiating. Interment will be in Baileyton Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Survivors are sisters, Sheila (Rathel) Young and Mary (Jerry) Pierce; brothers, David (Brenda) Scott, James (Susan) Scott and Donald (Michelle) Scott; a host of nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
