Charles Lemuel Lewis, Sr., 83, of Gurley, passed away Friday. Mr. Lewis was the self-appointed “Mayor of Sharp’s Cove.”
Survivors include his wife, Doris Lewis; son, Charles Lewis, Jr. (Sharon Stefl); son, Brenda McArthur; grandson, Lewis McArthur; two sisters-in-law, Pat Adams and Linda Smith ; niece, Lori Hobbs (David); and two nephews, Tommy Smith (Teresa) and Johnny Smith (Dawn).
Graveside service will be Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Ragsdale Cemetery in Gurley with Rev. Don Herron officiating. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
