Cindy Patterson Murphy

Cindy was born July 6, 1960 in Hartselle, Alabama and went to her Heavenly home on March 31, 2017.
She is survived by her daughter, Mandy Murphy of Falkville, her son, Ty Murphy and his wife Courtney of Priceville, three sisters, Janice Patterson Bowers (Paul) of Mobile, Carol Patterson Jarrett of Hartselle, Susan Patterson Mayes of Decatur, brother-in-law Jerre Lett of Hartselle, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Cindy was a member of the Sparkman Street Church of Christ in Hartselle.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Annette Kyle Patterson and M. M.Patterson, her brother, David M. Patterson, her sister Judy Patterson Lett, and her Mother-in-law Margaret Smith Murphy.
Cindy graduated from Morgan County High School in Hartselle in 1978. She was an avid reader and loved to travel. She was devoted to her family and friends.
Memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 2, in the Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Phillip Hines officiating and Peck Funeral Home assisting the family.
