Walton Harbon Winsett, 74, of Somerville died March 26, 2017 at his home with his sons by his side. He was born May 26, 1942 to Horace and Mazie Winsett. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Steve Winsett.
Mr. Winsett worked as a pipefitter and plumber for over 40 years. He was a youth league coach for more than 25 years and mentored many children and young men.
He is survived by his spouse, Linda Winsett; sons, Gregory Winsett, Heath (Bailey) Winsett and Jeffrey (Leslie) Winsett; grandchildren, Tyler, Maggie, Brinkley, Emme, Anna, Trey, Kennedy and Jordan.
Celebration of Life service for Mr. Winsett will be Sunday, April 2, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Lebanon Baptist Church in Falkville. All are welcome to attend.
