Dorothy Anne Agnes Guschke Wade Winn Spinner, 81, of Harvest, passed away Wednesday. Mrs. Spinner was preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Cecilia Guschke, brother Charles M. Guschke, daughter Karen E. Wade, and niece Deborah Guschke.
Dorothy’s interests included square dancing, science, medicine, painting, geology, jewelry, and writing. She attended UAH as an English Major. She was very adventurous and learned to fly. Mrs. Spinner enjoyed talking to everyone.
Survivors include her husband Marshal B. Spinner; children Robert Eric Wade, Stephen Thomas Wade, and Kristina E. Yell; grandchildren Jessica E. Wade and Stephanie L. Yell; great-grandchildren Haley, Mackenzie, and Dakota; and niece Ashley Guschke Ashbone.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 26 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with Father Phil O’Kennedy officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
