Funeral service for Roger D. Lambert age 72 of Priceville will be Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 1:00pm at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. P.J. Jenkins officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 11:00am until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
Mr. Lambert, who died on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at Marshall Medical Center North, was born July 10, 1944 in Priceville, Alabama to John William Lambert and Avery Lee Rowe Lambert. He retired as a paper carrier from the Decatur Daily. He loved his grandchildren and enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter; Connie Lambert and a brother; Anthony Lambert.
He is survived by a son; Chris Lambert of Falkville, two daughters; Chelly Thornton of Decatur and Jennifer Lambert of Guntersville and a brother; Bill Lambert of Priceville. 10 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
