She and Dick joined Myers Park Presbyterian Church where she was active in the nursery room and John Calvin Class.
When her children were older, she went to work at Central Piedmont Community College as a secretary in the Counseling Department and retired in 1996. She served as a docent at Wing Haven and volunteered at Loaves and Fishes.
In 2004, she moved to Huntsville, AL. Tina was a lover of animals and looked forward to visits from two special Therapy Partner pets, Suzi and Chico. She was precededed in death by her husband, Dick and her brother F. Graham Bartlett.
