William Frank Snyder, 74-years-old, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017, at ECM Hospital.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017, from 10 a.m. to noon at Lawrence Funeral Home with the funeral service at noon in Lawrence Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Bertis Ray officiating. Burial will be in Providence Cemetery.
Mr. Snyder was born March 31, 1942, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Louis Joseph Snyder Sr. and Mary Lundy Snyder. He was a self-employed engineering consultant and attended Providence Baptist Church.
Mr. Snyder is survived by his wife, Ruth Ellen Terry Snyder, of Town Creek, Alabama; two sons, William Charles Snyder, of Mandeville, Louisiana, and Carlysle Bennett Snyder, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; one daughter, Lauren Snyder Morel, of Baton Rouge; one brother, Louis Joseph Snyder Jr., of Shelby, North Carolina; two sisters, Mary Anne Evans, of Madison, Alabama, and Catherine Louise McGee, of Baton Rouge; one granddaughter, Ashley Elizabeth Morel, of Baton Rouge; one stepson, Bryon Clegg, of Geismar, Louisiana; and his mother-n-law, Mildred M. Terry, of Moulton.
Family and friends will be pallbearers.
