Charles Lee Moser, 91, died Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2017. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. today and 8-11 a.m. Friday at Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Pyburn Cemetery, Savannah, Tennessee. He was the husband of the late Marion Newcomb Moser.
