Denita Mae Sargent age 62 of Sumiton, passed away Friday February 17, 2017 at her residence.
She was formerly employed as a Nurse at Carraway Medical Center.
Funeral services will be Sunday February 19, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Dora Church of God. Rev. Lewis Smith will officiate. Burial will follow at Morgan Cemetery in Sumiton. Visitation is Sunday from 1:30-2 pm at the church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Vila Mae Stone.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Sargent; son, Eric Stone and wife Tamitha; granddaughters, Kaitlin and Madison Stone; brothers, Mickey Stone (Martha), Donald Stone (Sherry), Larry Stone (Sherry) and David Stone (Patsy); niece and nephews, Ben (Emily), Brooke (Lindsey) and Bradley; several other family members and many friends.
