Shirley Dean Belk – Death Notice

Shirley Dean Belk, age 71, of Gardendale, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at UAB Palliative Care.

Memorial services will be Sunday, February 19, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel.  Her nephew, Jody Willingham will officiate.

Mrs. Belk was preceded in death by her Father-Abb Lee Gant; Mother-Ruth Hall Gant; Sister-Judy Gant Willingham.

She is survived by her Sons-Kelly Dean Belk and Stanley Dwayne Belk; Sister-Lee Ann Gant Swan; 4 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
