Debbie Lee Carter Simpson, born July 22, 1955, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday morning, Feb. 11, 2017.
Parents, Roual Oron Carter and Fronnie Ovalee Pitman Carter and brother, Tommy Carter preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, Jeffrey Peyton Simpson, to whom she married Aug. 1, 1979; daughters, Jennifer Lee Lindsey and Ashlee Peyton Simpson; son-in- law, Joshua Ray Lindsey; and two grandchildren, Sara Elizabeth Lindsey and Joshua Dale Lindsey.
A private service is planned. Debbie’s memory will be honored with the release of her ashes into the ocean, her most favorite place.
