Keith Owsley Named Human Resources/Benefits Director For Florence

FLORENCE– Mayor Steve Holt is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Keith Owsley as the new Human Resources/Benefits Director for the    City of Florence.  Mr. Owsley will begin his employment with the City on Monday, February 20, 2017.  He holds a BA in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Personnel Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and he has 14 years of management experience in Human Resource operations.  We are happy to have an individual with Mr. Owsley experience to join the City and we look forward to working with him.
