William Harold Mitchell, 74, formerly of Russellville, died Friday, Jan. 27, 2017. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Spry Memorial Chapel, Russellville. The service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Franklin Memory Gardens.
