Funeral services for Mr. Loyd W. Fesmire, age 87, are scheduled for 2 PM, Saturday, January 28, 2017 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Beecham and Bro. Bobby Beecham officiating. Interment will follow in Lexington Cemetery. Mr. Fesmire passed away Thursday in Parsons. He was born June 23, 1929 in Henderson County to the late Noel Winfield Fesmire and Lula Maude Dew Fesmire. He was retired owner of LW Tire and Recapping and attended the First United Pentecostal Church in Lexington. He was preceded in death by one brother, James Henry Fesmire and four sisters, Betty Essary, Clara Hart, Lucille Roberts, and Lorene Dunavant. Survivors include his wife of 18 years, Glenda McBride Fesmire; one step daughter, Karen L. James; one niece, Marilyn Jowers; and three nephews, Dennis Fesmire, Ed Fesmire, and Ron Dunavant.
