James Earl Jordan, age 80, of Carbon Hill, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Smith Cemetery. Robert Cunningham will officiate.
Mr. Jordan was preceded in death by his Father-John Richard Jordan; Mother-Slonie E. Jordan; Brothers-Kenneth Pete Jordan, Horace Jordan and Lankford Jordan; Sisters-Zellie Sparks, Mellie Sides and Lois Richardson.
He is survived by his Wife-Honey Marie Jordan; Daughters-Rhonda Cunningham (Robert), Ronica Jordan (Brad) of Carbon Hill; Son-Jimmy Jordan (Tracy) of Cordova; Sister-Ollie Dodd of Nauvoo; 4 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Ryan Jordan, Brad Akins, Ronnie Colburn, John Ingle, Marlin Jordan and Tyler Keene.
