Jerry Tepper, 81, of Madison, passed away Wednesday. Mr. Tepper was preceded in death by his parents, Reuben and Rose Tepper, sister, Sonya Trapani and her husband, Joseph, and birth mother, Rose Rosenberg.
Jerry loved sailing and taking charters to the Bahamas as well as snow skiing. He was one of the original members of the Huntsville Ski Club.
Survivors include wife, Barbara Ambrose Tepper; stepson, Scott Woolnough; nieces, Ruth Bashenow (Alex) and Linda Trapani; two great-nephews; and one great-niece.
Visitation will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, January 28 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday, January 29 at Maple Hill Cemetery with Dr. Bill Goldberg officiating.
