Shirley Faye Melson Tobias, 72, died Jan. 23, 2017. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at Elliott’s Brown-Service Funeral Home. Funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. in the chapel with burial in Aldridge Grove Cemetery.
