Lois Katrina Sanders, age 85 of Jasper, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Brookwood Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Edgil Grove Cemetery. Hancel Cox will officiate.
Mrs. Sanders was preceded in death by her Father-William D. Gentles; Mother-Amanda Gentles; Brother-William Roy Gentles; Sister-Willie Mae Gentles; Husband-Johnny Sanders; Son-in-law-John Files; Daughter-in-law-Cindi Sanders.
She is survived by her Daughters-Martha Bradford (Don) and Brenda Files; Sons-Jay Sanders (Paula) and Gary Sanders; Brother-Robert Gentles; Grandchildren-Trina Key, Josh Sanders, Stephanie Higgins, Amanda Vanderkamp, Jason Sanders, Ashley McCandless and Chris McCandless; 13 Great Grandchildren.
