Rixford Williams Sample, 100, died Thursday, Jan. 5, 2017. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to noon Monday at Colbert Memorial Chapel. The service will be noon Monday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Colbert Memorial Gardens. She was a member of Woodward Avenue Baptist Church.
