Theresa Clark Weeks, age 54 of Hamilton, Alabama, passed away December 31st, 2016, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi.
A memorial service for Mrs. Weeks will be announced at later date.
She is survived by her father, William Clark; her children, Amber Rose Weeks, Shianne Bambinelli (Zac), and Michael P. Weeks Jr.; 1 granddaughter, Catherine Rose Weeks; and 2 brothers, Edward Clark and William Clark.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Catherine Harkins Clark and her Husband Michael P. Weeks Sr.
