Carrah Josephine Thomas, age 102 of Cordova, passed away on Monday, January 2, 2017 at Cordova Health and Rehabilitation.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Long Memorial Methodist Church, with burial at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Pastor David Dale will officiate.
Mrs. Thomas was preceded in death by her Husband-Zerron Thomas; Mother-Dolly Stidham; Father-Theo Bulus Stidham; Sisters-Ruby Means, Ruth Stidham and Jimmie Lou Butts; Brothers-Radford Stidham and Hershel Stidham; Son-Emons Clyde Thomas.
She is survived by her Daughter-Ruth Thomas Willingham; Sons-W.L. “Buck” Thomas (Jo) and Henry W.R. Thomas (Lou); 9 Grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great-Great Grandchildren.
Her grandsons will be pallbearers.
