Funeral service for Jeanette Elnora (Blondie) Morris, 89, will be Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Shady Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Tom Campbell and Rev. Jack Bailey officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 3, 2017 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Church.
Mrs. Morris died on Sunday, January 1, 2017 at her residence. She was born February 25, 1927, in Morgan County to Alfred Lawson Carroll and Jeanettie Hinkle Carroll. Mrs. Morris was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 62 years, Odis Morris.
